QuickQuote Last updated: 28 March 2026
QuickQuote is a quote and invoicing management app designed for small business owners and freelancers. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what information QuickQuote accesses, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information.
The key thing to know: all your data stays on your device. QuickQuote does not collect, transmit, or store any of your information on external servers.
QuickQuote does not collect any personal information. All data you enter into the app is stored locally on your device using Apple’s on-device storage framework (SwiftData). This includes:
None of this data is transmitted off your device.
QuickQuote requests access to the following device features. Each permission is optional and only used when you initiate the relevant action:
When you choose to import a client from your device contacts, QuickQuote requests access to your Contacts. This is used solely to populate client fields (name, email, phone, address) and is a one-time import — QuickQuote does not continuously monitor or sync with your contacts.
When you create a follow-up reminder for a quote, QuickQuote requests access to your Calendar to create an event. QuickQuote only creates and deletes events that it has created and does not read or modify other calendar entries.
When you set a company logo, QuickQuote requests access to your Photo Library so you can select an image. The selected image is stored locally within the app’s data.
QuickQuote does not share your data with any third parties. There are no analytics services, advertising networks, crash reporting tools, or external SDKs integrated into the app.
When you choose to send a quote via email or message, the app uses your device’s built-in Mail or Messages app to compose and send the communication. QuickQuote does not access your email or messaging accounts directly.
When you export data (PDF quotes or CSV files), those files are handled through the standard iOS share sheet. Where you send those files is your choice.
Your data persists on your device for as long as you keep the app installed. If you delete QuickQuote, all app data is permanently removed from your device.
QuickQuote is a business tool and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
