This is the privacy policy for FrameUp, an iOS app published by Keiran Fretwell.
The short version
FrameUp does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information. All image analysis happens on your device. No data is sent to us or to any third party.
Information FrameUp accesses
- Camera. FrameUp uses the camera to provide a live preview and to analyse the scene for framing suggestions. Camera frames are processed only in memory on your device and are never uploaded, recorded, or shared.
- Photo library (add only). When you tap the shutter, FrameUp saves the captured photo to your photo library. FrameUp does not read or browse existing photos.
Information FrameUp does not collect
- No accounts, sign-ins, or identifiers.
- No analytics, crash reporting, or telemetry.
- No advertising or tracking SDKs.
- No location data.
- No network requests of any kind for image processing.
Permissions
FrameUp asks for two iOS permissions on first use:
- Camera — required for the app to function.
- Add to Photos — required only when saving a capture.
You can revoke either permission at any time in iOS Settings → FrameUp.
Children
FrameUp is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date.
